Smart Frequencies develops and produces water quality sensors based on high frequency impedance spectroscopy. The sensors provide a fingerprint of the water composition and can be used as real time and inline early warning sensors
Smart Frequencies develops the sensors in close cooperation with the Wetsus Sensoring theme.
Main applications are: monitoring of biofilm formation, corrosion and the load degree of ion exchange resins. The sensors collect large amounts of case specific data and are very feasible for application in sensor fusion systems. An example is the measurement of antibiotic resistance through sensor fusion.
